Candidate Profile
An experienced and child-centred Senior Practitioner within a Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub, committed to delivering high-quality safeguarding responses that promote the safety and wellbeing of children and young people. Skilled in applying the Signs of Safety practice model to assess risk, identify strengths, and develop clear, outcome-focused plans in partnership with families and professionals.Demonstrates a respectful and professional approach when working with children and families, ensuring that the child’s voice, wishes, and lived experience remain central to all decision-making. Experienced in engaging with children and young people to build meaningful relationships that inform robust assessments and interventions.
Appointment to this post will be subject to the outcome of an Enhanced Disclosure obtained through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS)
