About The Role
Job Advert
This is an ideal role for a tenacious person, who is passionate about making a difference for residents. The post holder will support Rough Sleepers into settled private rented accommodation, and other suitable properties.
You will ensure all private rented sector accommodation procured is of the size, type and location required by prospective applicants, complies with all health and safety & planning regulations and is appropriate for the clients.

This is a 12 month, fixed term role, with the potential for extension, subject to business need. The role is mainly front facing with residents , with limited home working and some days in the office, according to business need. Location: Bexley Civic Offices.
