About The Role

Are you a creative communicator with strong digital skills and a passion for engaging diverse audiences? The Learning and Enterprise College Bexley (LECB) is seeking a Marketing Officer to help drive learner recruitment and strengthen the College’s presence across the borough.

You will support the delivery of year‑round marketing activity, creating engaging content, managing digital channels and contributing to promotional campaigns and events. Working with colleagues across the College, the Council and external partners, you will help ensure our communications are consistent, accessible and aligned with our values.

This role suits someone with excellent written skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will be confident working collaboratively, building positive relationships and producing communications that help residents access learning opportunities and develop new skills. A proactive, creative approach and willingness to learn will help you succeed in this varied and meaningful role.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a candidate with:

  • A qualification in Marketing, Media or Communications
  • Strong written English skills
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to speak clearly, adapt to different audiences and understand customer needs
  • Experience using online content management systems
  • Experience managing social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram and X in a workplace setting
  • Good digital design skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft 365
