About The Role
As an HR Officer, you will provide essential HR support to schools across Bexley and beyond. Your key responsibilities will include:
Inputting new starters, variations, and terminations onto the HR/Payroll system.
Preparing employment documentation.
Supporting recruitment processes.
Assisting HR Officers with managing payroll deadlines.
Ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
