Candidate Profile
Experience of being organised and the ability to work in a busy performance focused
environment and able to prioritise workloads effectively.
An ability to be part of a productive working environment where staff are clear about expectations and committed to the vision, goals and expectations of the service sand wider organisation.
Aptitude & Skills Ability to work effectively both individually and as a team member in a fast pace environment.
Excellent and effective communication (verbal and written) and negotiation skills
at an internal and external level
Performance driven and able to deliver against challenging performance targets. Customer orientated in the delivery of the service and the ability to be pro-active, solution focused with the willingness to adapt to change and contribute ideas
