About the Role
As a Theatre Technician, you will be responsible for supporting and facilitating productions, as well as backstage requirements for all events as directed by the Technical Manager or Deputy Technical Manager. This includes the operation and maintenance of the theatre on a day-to-day basis, including duties such as Duty Technician, Lighting Technician/Operator, Sound Technician/Operator, Flyman, Followspot Operator, Stage Crew and Seating Calls
About what/ who we are looking for

We are looking for a member of the Technical Team who are passionate about technical theatre. They should have the Technical knowledge in all aspects of theatre and be able to operate a show.
They must have must have demonstrable experience of technical theatre facilitating and supporting large-scale productions, hires, and events. Excellent communication skills are essential as the role involves liaising with external production companies and hirers. Flexibility with working hours is also required as you will be expected to work daytimes, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
