About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional enthusiastic, friendly, energetic individual to join our Education team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys building relationships, providing excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming environment within a education setting. You'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day education visits and running holiday events while bringing enthusiasm and professionalism to everything you do.
About what/ who we are looking for
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering an excellent education service and creating positive experiences for many schools who pass through our doors on a daily basis. The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to work, and the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and customers.
You will be able to demonstrate:
- Relevant qualifications.
- Previous experience in a similar role or environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A flexible, reliable, and professional approach to work.
- Good IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office applications.
- A thorough understanding of health and safety and safeguarding.
