Job Title: Revenues & Benefits Apprentice

Band: 1

Location: Basildon Centre

Contract Type and Hours: Fixed Term 2 Years -  36.25 hours per week

About the Role

Are you eager to learn, motivated, and ready to build a successful future? We’re looking for a dedicated apprentice to join our team and gain hands-on experience while earning and developing valuable skills.

In Revenues & Benefits you will be dealing with a wide variety of people, from council tax payers, businesses, benefit claimants and other support agencies. You will need to be able to lead on report writing, inbox management, be good with numbers, and be proficient with using IT systems.
