Location: Hybrid currently one day per week in office

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Revenues Officer to undertake a role in our Revenues & Enforcement Team.

You will be part of the team dealing with recovery of Council Tax in line with legislation and taking account of individual debtors circumstances. 

About what we are looking for

We are looking for individuals with excellent customer services skills who are committed to delivering a quality service to our residents. 

You will need to have a good working knowledge of Council Tax debt recovery, have an ability to interpret and explain legislation, and be proficient with using IT systems.  

 If you think you are a good all-rounder then this role could be for you. Full training and ongoing coaching/mentoring will be given.
