Working across the organisation, you'll:

  • Design and deliver innovative digital training programmes.
  • Create engaging learning content and resources.
  • Support major technology and business change initiatives.
  • Develop digital champions and super-user networks.
  • Measure learning impact and drive continuous improvement.
  • Inspire colleagues to embrace digital ways of working.

About Who We Are Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines excellent training and facilitation skills with a genuine passion for digital innovation.

You'll be:

  • An engaging communicator and confident presenter.
  • Experienced in developing and delivering technical or systems training.
  • Skilled in Microsoft 365 and collaborative technologies.
  • Passionate about helping others learn and succeed.
  • Able to build strong relationships across diverse teams.
  • Motivated by making a positive difference to residents and communities.

At Basildon Borough Council, we're committed to creating a workplace where innovation, inclusion and collaboration thrive. You'll join a team that is helping to shape the future of local government through technology, placing residents at the heart of everything we do while delivering services that are both human and digital by design.
