We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Housing Options Triage Officer to join our Housing Options team. You will be the first point of contact for individuals and families seeking housing advice, working to prevent homelessness and support residents in accessing suitable housing options across the public and private sectors. This role requires empathy, resilience, and the ability to provide clear guidance to customers experiencing vulnerable or complex circumstances.
