About the School
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our caring and supportive team in our outstanding school (March 2025). This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about working with children, particularly those who may need additional support to thrive in their learning. ‘Pupils are very happy and thrive at school. Any pupils who fall behind their peers are quickly identified and provided with regular, targeted support’ OFSTED 2025
About the candidate
• Has experience working with children in a school or similar setting (experience with SEN is desirable)
• Is patient, compassionate, and able to build strong relationships with children
• Has good literacy and numeracy skills
• Is committed to upholding the Catholic ethos and values of our school (you do not need to be Catholic to apply, but
must be supportive of the school’s mission)
• Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively with pupils, staff and families
