About the candidate

Collaborative Planning Experience: A proven ability to work within a team environment,
specifically sharing planning responsibilities and engaging in collective PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) sessions.
Inclusive Pedagogy: A track record of creating high-standard learning environments where every child, regardless of background or need, feels represented, capable and supported.
Creative Curriculum Delivery: Experience in (or a strong commitment to ) designing and delivering a broad, exciting curriculum that integrates English and Maths into wider, more creative contexts.
Resilient Growth Mindset: A professional attitude that embraces experimenting with new teaching methods recognises how important feedback is and then acts upon it.
Proactive Community Spirit: A high-energy, "can-do" approach to school life that contributes to a positive staffroom culture and fosters strong relationships with parents and pupils.
