<div> <p>This role requires a flexible approach to working hours, including weekends to support the delivery of registration services and ceremonies.</p> <p>You will be required to work in a customer-facing environment, often dealing with sensitive or emotional situations, and must demonstrate professionalism, tact and resilience.</p> <p>The role involves handling confidential and sensitive information and requires strict adherence to data protection, security and information governance standards.</p> <p>You will also be expected to undertake training and development to progress within Registration Services and develop specialist knowledge in line with statutory requirements.</p> </div>
