Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in our team? We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Service Charge and Section 20 Consultation Officer to join our Sales and Leasehold Management Team. In this permanent position, you’ll assist the Sales and Leasehold Management Team in providing comprehensive financial information, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring precise calculation and billing for service charge estimates and actuals and major work bills.
What You’ll Do
In this varied role, no two days are ever the same. You will play a key role to ensure that LBBD maximises its income through service charge consultation, enabling the business to effectively meet legal requirements, including communication with customers and key stakeholders, both internally and externally.

- Knowledge and Experience in Leasehold Management and the Regulatory and Legal Framework surrounding Section 20 Consultation and Service Charges.
