<p>Are you an experienced hands-on IT professional with a passion for cloud, security, and solving complex problems? We’re looking for a proactive Support Engineer to join our team and play a key role in keeping critical systems secure, stable, and performing at their best.</p> <p>What You’ll Be Doing…</p> <ul> <li>Deliver day-to-day support across Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server & Active Directory</li> <li>Own and resolve 2nd/3rd line incidents</li> <li>Support modern workplace tools including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune & Entra</li> <li>Monitor systems, respond to alerts, and keep services running smoothly</li> <li>Contribute to security, compliance, and data protection across the organisation</li> <li>Carry out Azure IaaS administration, e.g. VM Builds, Storage accounts, AUM, Backup/ASR</li> <li>Drive improvements through root cause analysis, automation, and best practice</li> <li>Collaborate with wider IT, security, and project teams to deliver high-quality services</li> </ul>
About you
<p>What You’ll Bring</p> <ul> <li>Strong experience with Microsoft cloud technologies and on-prem infrastructure</li> <li>Solid understanding of identity, access, and security principles</li> <li>Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues</li> <li>Familiarity with ITIL processes, SLAs, and service delivery</li> <li>A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement</li> <li>Experience with planning and carrying out Technical changes following ITIL processes</li> </ul>
