<p>You will work in the Community Safety service area in a Team of 9 officers, coordinating cases and programmes to reduce Anti-Social Behaviour. You will be a visible presence, attending LBBD offices at least 3 times a week.</p><p> </p><p>You will link into the relevant partnerships ensuring an effective front-line response to reports of anti-social behaviour and crime affecting the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham. You will form strong relationships both internally and with external partners such as the police to deal with cases of ASB and crime, ensuring there is clear co-ordination of cases and ownership of ongoing issues. You will provide guidance, support and direction on complex ASB issues and lead on problem solving.</p><p> </p><p>You will support the Council’s ASB strategy and ensure all cases are dealt with swiftly and effectively in line with the Community Safety’s service standards, through the use of preventative early intervention, enforcement and supportive actions. This role will report to the Antisocial Behaviour Manager.</p><p> </p>
