<p>We are looking to recruit a full time SEND Support Business Officer to work alongside the SEND Early Years Team.</p> <p>The role involves creating and managing spreadsheets, minute taking, liaising closely with the Advisory Teacher for Early Years and Inclusion and other professionals. Part of the role will also include taking telephone and email enquiries from nursery SENCOs and nursery practitioners regarding SEND issues. You must be able to signpost to the appropriate services.</p> <p>We are a dedicated inclusion team, working to ensure the best outcomes for children with additional needs. About you
<ul> <li>You will need to have extremely effective communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be required to work independently and work under your initiative, where appropriate.</li> <li>You need proven knowledge and experience of the Early Years SEND processes in LBBD, including referrals and EHCP requests.</li> <li>You will also need an excellent awareness of GDPR and safeguarding procedures.</li> </ul>
