About you
<p><p>As an Educational Psychologist in Barking and Dagenham you will use your psychological expertise to champion the voice of the child.</p></p><p><p>You will collaborate with schools who are working at the ‘leading edges’ of inclusion in a part of east London that has as many opportunities as challenges.</p></p><p><p>Our Educational Psychologists are trusted to work with school leadership teams to apply psychological formulations and co-create solutions that support our most vulnerable learners.</p></p><p><p>A recent project, led by the Ed Psych Service, showcases the high-quality practice that exists in our local schools in the way that they have developed the ARP model of support for children with complex needs.</p></p><p><p>Your work will be as varied, impactful, and deeply valued as the range of skills and attitude that you bring to the post.</p></p><p><p>You will need to be committed to consultative problem solving as a model of service delivery, and you will need to be an excellent practitioner with great organisation and time management skills.</p></p><p> </p>
