<p>We are looking to appoint enthusiastic psychology graduates, who are looking to pursue a career in educational psychology, and who will be able to support the work of Educational Psychologists in the service.</p> <p>This will involve a two year fixed term post where you will:</p> <ul> <li>Support the work of educational psychologists in schools, at the case level, by undertaking observations or assessment work as requested</li> <li>Contribute to intervention work in schools (for example support for autism; support for learning; support for behaviour etc).</li> <li>Undertake research and development work to support early interventions including the ELSA project.</li> <li>Deliver training to schools under the guidance and supervision of an educational psychologist.</li> </ul>
Special requirements for this post
<ul> <li>Good Honours Degree in Psychology.</li> <li>Eligible for Graduate Registration with British Psychological Society.</li> <li>At least 2 years relevant experience of working with children or young people in a UK school.</li> <li>Intention to apply for an Educational Psychology doctoral training course.</li> </ul>
