About you
<p>We're looking for a qualified Social Worker who is passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives. You'll bring strong post qualified experience in safeguarding, assessment, and case management, along with the confidence to think creatively and develop innovative solutions that help people achieve the outcomes that matter most to them.</p> <p>You are committed to relationship-based practice and understand the importance of building trust and meaningful connections with residents, families, carers, colleagues, and partner organisations. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you can work collaboratively with a wide range of people, enabling genuinely co-produced approaches that empower individuals to identify their strengths, goals, and support needs.</p> <p>You will be someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, using your professional expertise to deliver effective, integrated, and person-centred services that achieve positive outcomes while ensuring best value.
