Receptionist / Administrator role

This role is front facing and you will be managing Heathland's reception area and welcoming visitors as the first point of contact for those entering the building.

You will also be responsible for the provision of administrative systems for Heathland's Resource Centre.

Special requirements for this post

You will create and maintain various admin and financial systems necessary for the effective running of the service. Produce letters, reports, keep accurate records and maintain various databases. Screen telephone calls and visitors, establishing the nature of the enquiry and provide necessary information or pass onto the relevant person for action. Maintain the filing systems, ensuring systems and procedures for the maintenance of confidential records are accurate and complete. In conjunction with the senior team, ensure supplies, provisions, equipment and stationery are ordered, maintained and recorded on the relevant system. Manage petty cash, amenities, client’s monies, recording and maintaining financial records. Assist in raising purchase orders, paying and receipting and paying invoices. Undertake regular Financial Audits. Ensure the service contracts are kept up to date.
