This is an exciting time to join our Adult Care and Support teams. We are implementing our vision to enable those who receive services to live safe happy healthy lives and continuing to build on our Outstanding CQC rating.
We are looking for experienced and committed individuals to support us in the delivery of these aims and to become part of our team to make a difference to our residents.
We have a number of positions available across our Adults Integrated Care teams and are looking for the right people now. The vacant posts include across our Enabling Independence service and our localities teams all of whom work with people over the age of 18 living with care and support needs in Barking and Dagenham.

About you
A qualified social worker with safeguarding and case management experience and knowledge who is passionate, caring and dedicated as well as being someone who is able to think outside the box and develop creative solutions.
You are committed to relationship-based practice in all your interactions with staff and service users. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a broad range of people and partners, including working respectfully with clients, and families and wider systems partnerships in a truly co-productive way that encourages individuals to develop their own solutions and to identify what support they require.
Your strong interpersonal skills will allow you to work to deliver innovative and integrated services that provide value for money. You will be keen to develop yourself, your practice and drive up practice standards.
